What is framework here?
In general, a framework is a real or conceptual structure / frame intended to serve you as a support or guide for the building of something that expands the structure into something useful.
Let me use an analogy to explain you about hospital frameworks.
Lets consider that Team A (a ‘team of doctors’) is thinking to build a 100 beded multy specialty hospital.
What is “Land potential” framework?
‘Team A’ having an option of a piece of land of 11500 sq ft. After understanding the dream of ‘Team A’ & considering the possible FSI/FAR, this framework will tell them that “how many beded hospital is possible on this land?”
Bed Vs Construction framework...
‘Team A’ came across another opportunity with option of partially built or a ready building to start hospital. After understanding the dream of ‘Team A’ & considering the business model, this frame work will tell ‘Team A’ that how many beded hospital is possible in that particular building along with the diagnostics facility they are looking for?
